If your products are damaged while in route to your designated location, we will repair it or replace it with a comparable product. Should a malfunction occur due to customer misuse, unauthorized modification, or there is unauthorized use of a product not recommended or designed for use on your specific application which causes the product provided by TMM to break, malfunction or fault in any way, this pledge will not apply.
